The feedlot will con- sist of a maJdmum of 15,500 head. Stormwater will be retained in three storage ponds. Wastewater from the ponds is to be disposed of by irrigation on agricultural land. Manure/solids will be disposed of as fertilizer off-site by contractor on agricultural land. No discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State is authorized by this permit. The feedlot is on a county road just off U.S. Highway 287, ap- proximately 2.1 miles west of Hed- Icy in Donley County, Texas.
