The Statement of Intent was filed with each regulatory authority having original j urisdiction over the gas utility rates charged by the Company to customers within its incorporated service areas. The proposed change in rates will affect all customers within the incorporated areas of the Cities of Clarendon, Crowell, Dodson, Estelline, Hedley, Lakeview, Memphis, Paducah, and Wellington. The proposed effective date is subject to suspension and extension by actions that may be taken by the regulatory authority.
