Caterpillar No. 120 Motor Grader, 1966 or 1967 model, ma-
chine to be equlpped as follows: Accelerator-Decelerator,
14 ft. blade, Cab with defroster and wiper, Heater, Lights.
The City of Clarendon has aCaterpillar No. 12 Motor Grader
to trade.
Bids will be opened June 19, 1973.
The City of Clarendon reserves the right to refuse any and

Legal Notice
The Commissioners' Court of Doniey County, Texas, will
receive bids for Precinct No. 3 for one new Motor Grader as
follows:
Tandem drive with diesel engine, not less than 125 fly-
wheel horsepower, not less than 638 cubic inch displace-
ment. Controls to be mechanical with hydraulic actuation.
Machine to be equipped with cab and tinted safety glass,
heavy duty two (2) fan heater, lighting system with two head
lights, two fall and stop lights and dash lights, 14-foot
hydraulic sldeshaft blade, 24 volt starting system with
starting aid, engine skirts, air cleaner service indicator,
muffler, and 14:00 x 24 10PR tubeless tires. Machine as
equipped to weight not less than 28,500 Ibs. Transaction
will include - one -99e motor grader trade in.
Bids will be received and considered on Monday July 9,
1973, at 1:00 o'clock P.M. in the court house in Claren-

2 cups cubed cooked smoked
ham
1 tablespoon lard or drippings
1 package (9 ounces) frozen
Frenched green beans,
cooked
I can (4 to 6 ounces) water
chestnuts, drained and
thinly sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
½ Cup milk
½ cup dairy sour cream
I tahlespoon soy sauce
½ cup cracker crumbs
4 teaspoons melted butter
Brown ham cubes in lard or
drippings. Pour off drippings.
Add green beans and water
chestnuts. Melt 1 tablespoon
butter or margarine in a small
saucepan. Stir in flour. Add
milk. Cook, stirring constant-
ly, until thickened. Combine
sauce, sour cream and soy
sauce and add to ham mixture.
Cook until just heated through.
Pour mixture into a greased
1½-quart casserole. Combine
crumbs and 4 teaspoons butter
or margarine. Sprinkle crumb
mixture over ham mixture.
Place casserole under broiler
2 to 3 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
