free of charge. These offices will also house the headquar-
ters of Seven Cities of Ciboli, Inc. and t]oward. Construction
is to be complete by August Io
The Chamber will have a receptionist in the front of the
office to give out information to tourists who pass through.
A huge sign will be erected for the new Chamber of Com-
merce facility. The newly-hired manager, Lawrence Neece
will have his office in the rear of the facility.
It was noted by the Chamber board that this location on the
highway would be a tremendous advantage in stopping out-of-
town travelers. The number of cars which pass through
Clarendon each day is astounding, it was pointed out, and
many advantages could come from having an office on the
highway.
Howard told The Press that his lans call for complete
landscaping of the from of the facility. He also plans to put
a trailer park on the property in back ot the facility, he re-
ported.
