Mary Dozier services held
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Abbott Dozier, age 81,
a resident of Donley County for over 50 years, were held
at lh00 a.m. on Friday, July 13, 1973, in Murphy Memorial
Chapel with Don Ston% Minister of the Church of Christ,
i officiating. Interment followed in the I. O. O. F. Cemetery
with the arrangements under the direction of Murphy
Funeral Home.
Mrs. Dozier died at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July ll,
in Pale Duro Convalescent Home in Claude after a leng-

Weight Watchers met Monday night at 6 p.m. in Lions
Club Hall. There were 4 new members, 16 regular mem-
bers and 3 lifetime members present.

in Goodnight in February, 1912. She was a member of the
Church of Christ and Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include two daughters. Mrs. Jess Sparks of
Springer, N. M., Mrs. Jay Bowles of Happy, Texas;
five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Bearers were Guy E. White, John Payne, Wes Knorpp,
Bill Ray, Tamale Saye, and Walter Graham.
