COITON FESTIVAL PRINCESS CANDIDIATES Board 8,1994 Board of Trustees of Consolidated In- School District met in session at 7:00 p.m. in the Beading. Members Present: President Vice-President Dan Phil Fletcher, Wayne Hardin, Members Absent: Lynne and Elmonette Bivens.  School Officials Present: Phil Others Present: Darenda Kevin Thompson, In- Agency, Bob C. & Cindy and Freddie Jo Moreman. Motion by Phil Fletcher, by Wayne Hardin to the tax rate for 1994-95 follows: $1.13400 for and Operation and for Interest and Sinking. '4-0-0. Motion by Phil Fletcher, by Dan Hall to adjourn to call of president or until !ext regular board meeting on 8, 1994 at 7:15 p.m. in Atration Building. Mo- t carried -nnlmously 4-0-0. Others Present: Darenda Romans, Kevin Thompson, In- surance Agent, Bob C. and Cindy Ballard, and Freddie Jo Moreman. Minutes of the August llth regular meeting and August 25th special meeting were read. Motion by Dan Hall, seconded by Joe Lem- Icy to approve the minutes. Motion carried unanimously 40-0. Motion by Wayne Hardin, seconded by Dan Hall to have a special meeting on September 15, 1994 at 8:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously 4-0-0. Reviewed school insurance. Kevin Thompson presented an in- surance proposal and will report back at the next regular meeting. "Crowd Management Policy" was discussed. Motion by Wayne Hardin, seconded by EI- monette Bivens to adopt the "Crowd Management Policy" as presented. Motion carried unani- monsly 5-0-0. The Lelia Lake school build- Beard Meeting 1994 The Board of Trustees of Consolidated Inde- School District met in session at 7:15 p.m. in the Beading. Members Present: President Vice-Presldent Dan Phil Fletcher, Wayne Har- and Joe I.,cmlfy. Members Absent: Lynne and Elmonette Bivens, arrivaL School Officials Present: Phil FtEDLEY COTTON FESTIVAL QUEEN CANDIDATES Enrollment report: Elemen- tary 229, Junior High 121, and High School 165 total, being 515. Admistrative Reports: Board members were reminded about the TASB meeting. Dissolution of the CED was discussed. Year going good. Community and staff support really great. Motion to adjourn by Phil Fletcher, seconded by Dan Hall subject to call of the president or until the next regular board meet- ing on October 13,1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Office. The Princess contest- ants are gathering votes at a penny a vote allowing contributors to vote as many times as they wish. All contestants are working diligently and the Lions Club is looking forward to a prosperous and enjoyable Cotton Festival thanks to these young ladies.
