',00enior Citizens News 'rty-seven people attended the September Birthday/Anniversary Supper last Tuesday night. Junior Bnnnfield opened the evening with ayer. Kimberly Quality Care provided flied chicken. Allene Derr, Nell rr, Ray and Gaynelle Pool, Lorene Riley, and Eda Wallin were recog- : ! for having a September birthday. Mary Lee Noble won a week of free o s at the Center. Carol McClellan, Wesley Thomas, Glynn D. Harrell, ; larenben .zlm Pathfinder Meeting Held pathfinder Club opened their year with a luncheon at the Clarendon Country Club Sept.9,1994. Murle Butts and Dorothy White hosted the oc- casion. A lovely meal was enjoyed with background music of love songs provided by guest, Dee Wil- lianas. President Jeanice Weather- ly welcomed the guests and ask each person present to tell how they met their husband. Pictures of spouses at youngest age avail- able were displayed with guesses of who each picture was. They were pleased to have two honorary members present, Anita Shelton and Mable Mon- gole. Edgar Mac Mongole came with Mable from Canyon. Another out of town guest was daughter of Edna Dishman from Jakarta In. donesia. Local guests were Vir- ginia Christie, guest of Naomi Green, Freda Tucker and Billy Jean Williams guests of Pearl Her- mesmeyer, Susan Henson,guest of Frankie Henson, and Maxine Har- din, guest of Lucy Saye. A treasurer report of a balance of $187.04 was given by Lucy Saye for treasurer, Sue Dunagan. The President ap- pointed a committee to work on the memorial for Imogene Brum- Icy a, deceased honorary member. The main activities October 7th include five music. Saturday Kicks off with breakfast, 11:30 a.m. barbeoae, 1:30 p.m. parade, class reunions at 3:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. Queen Coronation, followed by a Country-Western Dance.
