Debra is a 1993 graduate of Hart High School, where she salutatorian of her class. She is a sophomore at Wayland in Plainview, where she is employed in the office of Owen Hall. Sean is a junior student at Wayland Baptist University theatre and political science. Debra and Scan are both members of Wayland's Band. The Forums began in 1984 when members of the Churches of Christ and independent Christian Churches met in Joplin Missouri to discuss relations between the two groups. Both groups have common roots in a frontier ecumenical movement that began in the late 18th and early 19th Cen- tury.
