Allen from all interested parties and determine if said property is a dangerous structure as defined in section 4.53 of the city's code of ordi- nances. The ordinance is available for review at City Hall during regular business hours. 46-1tc ORDINANCE NO. 353 An amendment to Ordinance No. 143 increasing building permit rates in the City of Clarendon Whereas, the City of Clarendon had heretofore passed and approved Ordinance No. 143 defin- ing and clanfylng rules, regulations, and penal- ties regarding building permit fees, and; Whereas, the City of Clarendon deems it neces- sary to increase the building permit fees, Therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Clarendon, Texas: Section 1. (Section 4.01) Permit Required: No wall, structure, building, or pert thereof shall be built, enlarged, altered, or repaired when such repairing or erection shall cost the sum of $250 or in excess thereof until plans and specifica- tions of the proposed work together with a state- ment of the materials to be used shall have first been submitted to the City Administrator. Section 2. (Section 4.02) Inuance of Per- m & Ratea: The City Administrator, upon presentation of plans and specifations of the proposed construction or installation shall give approval to issue the required building permit. The rate for the issuance of building permit or for the permission to allow construction in the City is $10 for all buildings costing between $250 and $I ,000 and $I for each additional $I,000 or fraction thereof. All fees collected shall be deposited to the general funds of the City and accounted for as such. Section 3. (Section 4.02) Inuance of Per- m & Ratea: The City Administrator, upon presentation of plans and specifations of the proposed construction or installation shall give approval to issue the required building permit.
