Clarendon CISD ship of the Lelia Lake School to the Lelia Lake Center in 1962 with a clause. This clause returned building and one acre tract Clarendon CISD ff after one Le//a/zdw School For Sale by Phil Barefleld The Lelia Lake School property will be sold through a sealed bid process according to Clarendon CISD superintendent, Phil Barefield. Bids will be ac- cepted in the superintendent's of- rice until 2:00 p.m. on January 12, 1995. Clarendon CISD realized that ownership of the property had reverted to the district after receiv- ing inquiries about possible sale of the property by interested persons. By law, upon the consolidation of the Lelia Lake and Clarendon school districts in 1961, property owned by Lelia Lake School Dis- stopped using the property.
